In connection with the fact that all issues of the Clients are considered individually, there are no pre-prepared solutions for all cases of life, and there are no uniform prices for the services of a lawyer.
A lawyer’s work is paid on the basis of an agreement between a citizen or a legal entity and a lawyer.
The Lawyer’s remuneration consists of a fee (a form of compensation for a lawyer for the protection, representation and provision of other types of legal assistance to the Client) and actual expenses related to the provision of legal assistance.
When establishing the form (fixed amount, hourly payment) and the amount of the fee, the complexity of the case is taken into account; qualification and experience of the lawyer; the volume and time of work necessary for the proper execution of the assignment; novelty of legal issues; the need to go on a business trip; the nature and duration of the lawyer’s relationship with the Client and other significant circumstances.
